Dr. Dhaduk has more than 30 years’ professional experience as neurologist. He has served as Head of Neurology at Professional Neurological Associates for 20 years, and as Assistant Professor of Neurology at Commonwealth Medical College. Dr. Dhaduk currently serves as President and Chairman at Professional Neurological Associates, Chairman of Dap Dhaduk 1 to 8, Chairman of Caritas International Trading Inc., President and Chairman of Caritas Real Estate Group, President and Chairman of Core Hospitality LLC, President and Chairman of Star Real Estate LC, President and Chairman of Coracias Advanced Technology LLC, as a Director on the Board of Directors at FNCB Bancorp, Inc., Board of Directors for The Wright Center, and President and Chairman of CorePharma, LLC.

Dr. Dhaduk has memberships in Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Lackawanna County Medical Society, American Medical Association, MS Society, Parkinson’s Support Group, National Headache Foundation, Alzheimer’s Support Group and Who’s Who Registry.

Dr. Dhaduk received a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1980 from M.P. Shah Medical College in Jamngar, India.

David Barthel,MBA    CEO & Director

Mr. Barthel is an experienced executive leader in the healthcare and medical device space with the proven ability to straddle the worlds of large corporations and early-stage businesses. Has relevant P&L and senior leadership experience as a Managing Director for Henry Schein’s Orthopedic Surgical Instrumentation business, as an Area Vice President for the Southeast Division for Medtronic GIH in Atlanta, GA and as Vice President, SmartPill for Given Imaging in Duluth, GA. Previously as President and CEO, led The SmartPill Corp., a GI medical device start-up in Buffalo, NY from a patent for an ingestible motility capsule through product development, fund raising, clinical trials, FDA approvals, manufacturing, reimbursement, commercialization and eventual sale of the business.

Mr. Barthel has coordinated and executed multiple capital fundraising efforts, driving significant revenue growth and has the ability to establish commercial viability across multiple disciplines, strategic partners and sales channels. David’s focus has been on building businesses through strategic partnerships, global market and channel development, talent and cross functional team development and the creation of economic and clinical value propositions that drive sustainable growth.

Mr. Barthel earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Norbert College in Depere, Wi and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Il.

Terry Brostowin, Esq    Independent Director

Mr. Brostowin was appointed as an independent director on December 14, 2018. Mr. Brostowin is an accomplished trial attorney admitted to the Federal Courts in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He has extensive expertise in contract, employment and commercial litigation. Mr. Brostowin has provided his opinion to the New York City Mayor’s office of judicial screening committees on judicial reappointments and was a compliance specialist ensuring the City of New York’s compliance with various Federal Court ordered mandates and ensured the financial integrity of various city vendors doing business with the Financial Systems Division. Mr. Brostowin has been affiliated with the law firm Brostowin & Associates, PC, since 2009. From 2002 to 2009, Mr. Brostowin was affiliated with the law firm Conway & Brostowin, LLC.

Julie Kampf    Independent Director

Ms.  Kampf is a global business executive and thought leader on talent and diversity, with 30 years of experience in the life science and retail/consumer industries and on not-for-profit Boards of Directors. She is currently a Board Director for both Marizyme, Inc. and Jupiter Neuroscience, and Chief Executive Officer of JBK Associates International. Julie founded JBK in 2003, which has grown to become a multi-million-dollar company named one of INC’s fastest-growing private companies for four consecutive years. She is a current member of the NACD and The Private Director’s Association. Julie also served on Howard University’s School of Communications Board of Visitors. Deeply committed to enhancing the careers and well-being of other women, Julie was president of the 1,750-member HBA (Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association) Metro Chapter, where she co-founded a successful mentoring program. At the same time as a founding member of Bergen County’s Women United in Philanthropy.

William Hearl, Ph.D.    Independent Director

Dr. Hearl has an established record of scientific productivity over his 20 years of work in the biotech industry. Dr. Hearl is the founder of Immunomic Therapeutics, Inc. and is an experienced life sciences entrepreneur who is adept at brokering mutually beneficial partnerships and identifying non-traditional collaborations and investment opportunities. Dr. Hearl contributed to the advent of the commercial development of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl/Python) technology. Dr. Hearl is also a founder of Capital Genomix, Inc. (CGI), a Maryland-based biomarker and drug discovery company. He served as its first chief executive officer and then chief scientific officer. Dr. Hearl is responsible for the acquisition and development of the core technologies of Capital Genomix: GeneSystem320™ was licensed exclusively from MD Anderson Cancer Center and the ImmunoMouse™ was invented by Dr. Hearl.

Dr. Hearl earned his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Tennessee and B.S. from East Tennessee State University.

Dr. Nilesh Patel    Independent Director

Dr. Patel is a distinguished cardiac surgeon with accomplished trach record, multiple publications and abstracts to his name. Since 2006, Dr. Patel has been apart of the St. Michael’s Medical Center, first as the of Chief of Minimally Invasive Robotic Cardiac Surgery and since 2013 then where he has served as Chief of Cardiac Surgery.

Dr. Patel completed his Fellowship in Cardiac Surgery at Lennox Hill Hospital where he continued to work afterwards as an attending surgeon. Dr. Patel received his MD from Shah Medical College, Saurashtra University Jamnagar, India.

Dr. Patel has been an honored guest speaker at many Cardio-Vascular meetings such as European Association of Cardiothoracic surgery, Nair Golden Jubilee Foundation, the Indian Association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, and the American Association of Thoracic Surgery.

Mr. Stewart is a seasoned and results-oriented executive with 32 years of experience in C-level positions and over 40 years’ experience in management, operations and finance with extensive U.S. and International market expertise.

Currently, Mr. Stewart is Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors of CyDuct, LLC, a private bioinformatics Company developing a proprietary approach to breast health risk assessment. Prior to joining CyDuct, Michael was Chief Executive Officer, CFO and Acting Chairman of the Board of FC Global Realty, Inc. from June 2018 through April 2019. Since 2016, Michael has also operated as a private consultant, assisting private start-ups to mid-size public companies with major negotiations, new product and company launches, merger and acquisitions and capital raises. He has led numerous acquisitions and mergers during his career that have led to transformational change and resulted in significant profitability and revenue improvement.

From 1990 through 2016, Mr. Steward served in executive roles for varying companies including STRATA Skin Sciences, Inc., PhotoMedex, Inc. and Surgical Laser Technologies Inc., all of which traded on the Nasdaq. Prior to 1990, Mr. Stewart held various financial management and accounting positions. In addition to his executive career and his non-independent board positions, Mr. Stewart has been an independent member of the board of directors at several private and public companies and in addition to CyDuct is currently an independent board member of the Lotus Group, Inc., a private medical and consumer product company.

Mr. Stewart obtained both his MBA in Finance and his BS in Accounting from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and currently resides in Naples, Florida.
